Sassie down ladies! Sassie down!!! Ugh!!!!! Yesterday started off great but then my head started hurting and then my tooth started throbbing!!! With that said, no exercise for me yesterday. I think I was in bed by 9 which is a big deal for me! I usually don't hit the sheets until after midnight. I woke up this morning to gloomy weather and this migraine. At least the toothache is gone for now but it hurts when I eat. I definitely need to get this tooth pulled!!!

Morning everyone,

Danielle, ugh, feel for ya, tooth and/or headaches are awful. I hope you can get into the dentist and get it checked out soon.

Work was so busy for me yesterday, which is a good thing don't get me wrong but I was so mentally drained by the time I got home.

Today is a new day and I have managed to get in my FMD breakfast this morning and prep my afternoon snacks. So much better than the last two days while flying by the seat of my pants. Feels good to be a little in control on the plan for the day.

It is supposed to rain something fierce here today. The meteorologist said some areas could get up to 12 inches which obviously means potential flooding. These are the times I wish that I worked closer to home. Keeping my fingers crossed that the area by my office doesn't flood.

Yesterday's steps were 6,679 and four points (no structured exercise or fiber goal) plus 100 oz. of water. Becky, I too took a bottle of water to the bedside last night.

I spoke with the manager of the gym I am member of here in my town (I teach in the next small town over) and we are adding in 4 classes next week, bringing my total offered classes now up to 17 a week. Am I nuts? They are spread out though, and some are easy Gold classes.
And some of them I don't actually teach because no participants yet. Been working on promotion.
And my weight is looking good for this week! 5 1/2 pounds to my goal weight! Yippee!

Morning....Feel better Danielle.

YESTERDAY...Let myself become too hungry. By the time I did warm up my Taco soup, I had 2 servings with the cheese. Snacking was an issue too.
13,847 steps, 3 pts for me. Sodium was up, and so are my scales Sad Did get 90 some oz of water in. Going for that much or more today!!

Morning Sassies! Have never been so glad to see Friday! It's cool & gloomy out, maybe that's why my hip's so sore. Went home & was in bed at 7pm last night, unheard of!

That is a lot of rain! Hope npot that much all at once.

My news is....I passed my test!! It was so hard, it was barley a pass, but I Passed!! Now. To apply for the license.

Yay Anne!!!! Good for you!

Bought new WW scales today. Hopefully more reliable.

I went into work yesterday and found out I will be at conference 3 days next week in Nashville. Because I am going into a state building I have had to renew my employee ID badge (I let it expire, long story). Well, I went to campus to go get a new one and they had made one from the picture on my last one made probably three years ago. I was going to just take that one but the secretary and my hubs talked me into having a new pic made. Posted comparison photo.

Evening sassies,

I went and played tennis tonight. Felt good mentally out of shape physically. I get a second chance in the morning. Only 4000 steps yesterday forgot half the day to put fitbit on. Oops!
