Good Morning Sassies.....

Yippee, it's Friday the 13th.....Its a "LUCKY DAY" here in the Bowman houseExclamation
13 just seems to bring good things to us.

After a restless night sleep, ok...NO SLEEPExclamation I look @ the clock and it was 4:13, so no time like the present to get out of bed and start my day. I am sipping my morning tea, and brewing my oats, then I will finish baking the boy's goodies. Dropping off his package, then I will hit the gym for some HIIT training and back & bicep workout. If the rain lets up, the hubby & I will head out for an afternoon bicycle ride / adventure.


To our Sassies in Boise : It sounds like you gals are having a great time. I am so happy for you...Enjoy!

Morning All and good morning Sandra,

Yesterday was bike ride for four hours (we did stop for lunch). So I can say that was the longest time I've been ever on a bike !!!! In reality we had so much fun.

Returned and did some water arobics in the pool then the jazzucci .. Went downtown to eat, walked around and a little shopping back to hotel and hit the TM for about 20 - 30 minutes..

15733 Steps for yesterday

Today walking in what Laurie refers to hills I call them Mountains, I don't have anything but flat land where I'm at in Michigan.. I'd say I have some little hills in Auburn Hills where I work but live is pretty flat.. I am having the time of my life and am so Happy and Joyful that we are here experiencing it together

So its my turn. Lets see who wants to join me.. I love when we do the water challenge... Minimum 64 ounces!!! Who is with me! Cool

Morning all,

Sandra you have adventure after adventure - have a super weekend!

Donna, water challenge accepted! We don't have hills where I live either, must travel north towards Austin for that. So glad the original sassy's are having a blast - very envious of you guys.

Yesterday was another low step day 4,944 and three points.

TGIF!!!! Ready for the weekend. The volcano project is almost complete, my daughter and I put on some of the finishing touches yesterday and tonight one more coat of paint and she will be finished.

I hear that work whistle again. Talk to you all later. Have a great day.

Mornimg teamies,

The sassies are wearing me out! I am picking them up in half hour and I,m still in bed drinking first cup of coffee. Help me! I am at the ranch! My butt is getting kicked I lost a pound. Jillian has nothing on my sassies. Tbeyre doers. I do but then I rest,lol Kat ,caffiene injection please. Laurie

I am still here, just was so busy that I really didn't have time to check in. Got lots of steps, for me at least, lol.

Tues 4pts and 6940 steps
Wed 5pts and 4598 steps
Thur 3pts and 6305 steps

Omg! A snake under a Tonka, my heart rate jumped just reading!

Yeah for safe travel arrivals!!

Maybe you have to eat the coffee beans for fiber? lol

Really? the size 2 asked you....I'd want to strangle too, lol.

Cabin by the lake catered by mom sounds like something my son would have loved for his bachelor too!

Downing some decaf, then to my water, then to work.

Walk was wonderful, what beauty the hills hold.
Good but and leg work, I was sweating
Lunch the a little shopping and a park venue this afternoon.

Hello again,

Update. So had lunch with the sassies at Matadore very cool place.
Then walk shopped /browsed, no luck finding city tshirts....
Then instead of a cab from downtown to hotel the 3 of us walked back. Nice walk
Now taking a feet up break as tired and re-energizing.

Wonderful day, weather is beautiful.....

We will go join Laurie at around 6 for Hyde Park event.

Water challenge Donna I am working on it need to add 3 more but will do it.......

Good afternoon! It's already after noon while I am posting because I've had such a busy day and finally got to sit down after 3:30.

Steps 11,080 and 5 pts. I didn't get strength in.

Busy day of cleaning baths, kitchen, laundry (still going), mowing 3 or 4 acres, grocery shopping, and fixing some plaster out in the garage. Hmmmm, wonder if hubs will notice that???? So playing housewife/handyman was my strength for today! Have a great weekend ladies/gent! Oh, and Donna, I am doing the water challenge today too and I have got to get with it! Been so busy forget to drink!

And BTW, love the weekend challenge! Can I start tonight with a glass of wine enjoying music at the winery????? LOL

Evening Sassy Ones! Glad to see that we've all survived Friday 13th. Doing good on the water challenge...the office puppy kept looking at my water bottle so that reminded me to drink! Wish he was here everyday...everybody smiles more & we all get up every so often to chase him around & toss his ball...& yes we do manage to get a lot of work done too!

Denise-that sounds like such a great day; I'm going to visualize myslef there with you 4 as part of my rejunivation challenge.

Becky-sure, wine with music tonight counts, especially after the day you had!

Hello! Sorry I haven't checked in daily. Finally getting the knack of where to go to see all the forums. Things have been going well, except for my fiber, that is. Average about 17 g per day.
So I have had a 5 most every day.
I hope everyone's having a great start to your weekend!

I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend! I am looking forward to the weekend challenge and let me say I really need some R & R, so thanks for that!
I got 5 for the day. My steps were 19,256.

Felt good to get in some good exercise this evening.

Evening!!
My day was kind of rotten.....but....tomorrow is another day!
Yesterday.....19,926 steps, that was including my exercise. 6 pts. My exercise was butt n' gut. Hoop and bike.

Sassys......sounds like you are all having a wonderful time Smile

Megan....I have done several Race For The Cure 5Ks. We all know survivors, good cause.
Flat corn fields here in Indiana!!

Rest well every one, I know I will.Smile Plan on doing some serious sleeping in tomorrow.

Hello All,

Day three... 27,719 steps

Went on a wonderful walk in the mountains (I will post a few pictures ). with Gwen.. What a good puppy...

Was a very beautiful trip, except for the yellow jacket But what a truly beautiful city..
Then shopping no luck then walk to the hotel..then we headed over toHyde park and I
got some earrings. Started raining them it was time to eat....

Denise and I went down and walked on TM for half hour..

This is one tired Sassy
