Wow I am starting the thread from Detroit airport. . One flight down and 2 to go.
Steps yesterday were under 4000 Sherry I will post all my steps when I get home no fitbit sync on this trip, but am wearing it.

Food good just had a banana snack and tea.

The crazy , journey begins.........

To all sassies I must say if there is something you have wanted to try or do, if at all possible do it! Like the Nike commercial add says Just Do It ! Why not, if you wait too long , maybe it will be too late. And if we all wait till we all retire then maybe our health will not be great. So that is the reason for living my bucket list now......... Guitar on going, This trip, and many more adventures to come with my family and hubby....and friends.

I know we are alll here to lose weight, main reason, or to maintain. But remember as Chris Powell and many many other fitness leaders all say, you have to live life and enjoy life and be happy with the you , you are right now in order to heal and lose.

So take today wether it is a small change , make just one change so instead of a donut I chose a banana. Koodos to good choices.

Onto the next flight......hooking up with Susan in an hour and a half, then Donna is on next flight to join us in minneapolis.

Cheers till next update, travel with us sassies in spirit.

Good morning Denise and the rest in the challenge! Safe travels for you ladies really moving it today! LOL

I got another 4 bottles of water in yesterday and I am so thankful for the sassy that made that daily challenge on Monday. I intend to think of it as a fresh daily challenge. I even picked out a spot on the kitchen counter to put my empty bottles to keep track of how many I've had!

I had 6 pts yesterday and 15,114 steps yesterday.

Today I am having lunch out and then going to get my brows done. I have a short webinar to do this afternoon for work but I can do it from home so this is sort of a "me" day.

Have a great one ladies and gent! We want to see pics of the trip! BTW, a couple of us other ladies are planning our own little get-together next month. Seeing family and friends in early October!

Morning all,

Safe travels Denise, Susan and Donna.

Headache got the most of me yesterday and I only managed 4,703 steps and 5 points - no exercise

This cutting out caffeine is killing me - headache again today - pushing through but not loving it. Think I will have a cup of green tea , oh no can't do that it has caffeine as well, rats!

Ok time to get ready for my 10:00 meeting. Have a great day sassies!

Happy Hump Day Sassies! Here's to a safe tripe & a wonderful time to the travellers; I'm SOOOO jealous!

Had a great workout with Monica last night...Bobbi is good, but I'm SOO glad to be back with Monica & our regular routine. Hopefully being back on my normal schedule will keep my head in the game & I can get off this dang plateau! Monica said both my strength & flexibility had improved while she was away, even though I didn't feel it. OMG, I love this woman!

Steps-4992 (wish I'd looked at the pedo before I took it off for bed...I would have done those extra 8 steps for 5000)
1. track-y
2. exercise-y
3. steps-y
5. sodium-y
6, no snack-check

Anne-no, don't stay away! I'm here!!

Sheri-good for you saying no to the Dr. Pepper.

Susan-dedicate any dancing to Chris & show him a video!

Denise-I love that saying "just do it"

Pam-try half caf & half decaf & go off gradually

Laurie, Donna, Denise, Susan-have a BLAST!

Just realized I haven't posted for yesterday! Still morning here in Sunny Oregon! It's promising to be a hot one, and I hope my last Aqua Zumba class for the summer is on for tonight! I taught 2 Zumba Classes back to back yesterday, one was Gold/Toning and the other was Zumba/Toning, so I did 45 minutes of strength training yesterday, including lunges & squats. My hip is finally recovering! YES! And that counts as getting in my strength training for the day! YES! I have to say, though I was in pain last night! That was the first time I have ever taught back to back classes! I hope I get used to it! LOL!
Safe travels to everyone today!
6 points yesterday!
Steps = 18,902 a one hour 2 mile walk, plus 2 Zumba classes!
1. track-y
2. exercise-y
3. steps-y
4. fiber-y
5. sodium-y
6. no snack-check
I managed to keep my calories in check 2 - 1207 - with 2 lean and green meals & 4 medifast meal replacements because of the extra exercise.
Instead of eating another snack last night, I went to bed.
Have a great day everyone!
Oh - and a bonus is that my water weight is finally coming off!
Oh and yes - I drank my water - 15 cups or 120 ounces! It was HOT yesterday!

Evening Sassy Ones! I had a killer workout with Moinca at PT---3 new ab exercises & 3 new leg exercises with increased resistance...I think she's making up for being gone for 3 weeks!

Megan-glad your hip's better; I think I sent you our heat.

You know, gang, there's a rumor going around that there is a crowd gathering in Boise to watch 4 hot, sassy sistas dance on the tables at a local cantina...wish I was there!

Evening ladies,
When I went out to pick up the tonka trucks off the playground there was a snake underneath one of them. I know it doesn't count as a workout but it should since it got my heart rate up.!!
I had a late work meeting so I didn't get my cardio in but I am going to do some strength training tonight.
I tracked my food, 9151 steps for today, no on the fiber, yes on the sodium and no on the snack. So I get 5 points for today.

Pam I hear you about cutting out the caffeine! I am really trying to do that also.

Kat how often do you workout with a trainer?

Catch everyone tomorrow!
