Was a busy weekend got in lots of steps,

can't remember so Iwill post a few

Tues, 7548., Wed, 5559, Thur 6263 6 points, Fri 6624 5 points, Sat 11720 5 points and Sun 8069. 5 points..

Denise and Susan, wash is done list is made and have one item in the suitcase, lol.. i am that person... Lol

Laurie are you ready for us!!! Miss your postings but hope you are enjoying life and getting ready for us... Lol

Morning.

Correction to my steps I posted yesterday. I don't know where that 2000 came from because I remember seeing 11,3?? on my pedo yesterday. That's what I get for being in a hurry. Oh well, IDK. Can't keep my head on straight these days anyway. I think 9,100 for yesterday. I cleared my pedo and it's ready for today.

morning all- feeling better but dizzy still and then i get all sweaty!

Didn't track steps oe points yesterday cuz I was in bed all day again.

Work today..............pray I make it through.

Donna and Denise I am all packed and ready to go. Donna I usually wait til the last minute but I have other things to get ready for the week for dad and the kids!!

K better finish getting breakfast down. Lost 4 pounds. Probably will go back up once I start eating again. gahhhhh

I lost 3.2 lbs finally sweeeeeeeeeetttttttttttttt......... sorry but it has been stuck or going up for a little while now. so I am very happy......

treadmill and arms today........
taking our dog to vet he sliced his paw on steel from the roof and I need to get it looked at.....

Monday, Monday, Monday.....Where did the weekend go?
Time flies when your having fun.....NO fun here, advil & the heating pad were the friends I hung out with all weekend.
Today is a new day, and this sista will be steppin'!!!

Morning!!! Hope all had a good weekend!! Yes I will except the challenge!! Been trying to get more water in!! Maybe it worked.....down 1 this week!!!

I haven't read all yesterdays post yet. Will do that later along with todays. Getting ready for work. Meeting ladies from my other school after work for early dinner. We will spend alot of time laughing!! BTW....love reading the excitment of packing and getting ready for trip. Know there will be alot of laughing!!!!

Sunday.....4 pts for me.
Sodium....out the roof!! That's what processed packaged food does :/
Still having pedo problems....bought a new one and will have to return it.....doesn't keep step. Walked around, recorded only 6 steps. Had hubs wear it.....27 for him.
My exercise was yard work.....yes Denise we did alot of it!!!! Bike and hoop.

Susan - I hope you feel better soon! I don't think you'll keep the 4 off, in my experience anyway!
I had a great day yesterday and I'm so happy to be back on track!
6 points! Yay!
1 - I tracked everything and was 100% on plan
1 - I didn't get a "workout" in, but I took the dog for a walk for the first time in a week - and I felt it, so good and bad! Walked her for 1.5 miles in 30 minutes.
1 - Steps - 14,485
1 - Fiber was 20.8
1 - Sodium = 1600
1 - Did not eat any unplanned snacks yesterday.
I went to a training session with my health coach yesterday, then did some shopping for the new studio. I could hardly sleep last night!
Denise - water challenge accepted! I just packed my 3 32 ounce bottles! It's going to be a hot one!
On the menu for today is 1 hour of Zumba, followed by 1 hour of Zumba Gold, and then 1 hour of Aqua Zumba tonight and it's going to be hot today so I need to drink more!

Morning teamies,

I officially am in 170,s. 179! Hoot hoot! Gained 2 on weekend but lost 3 for week I,ll take it. I have been getting ready for the sassies. I am not a cleanernor fixer upper. So I,ve done months worth in days.. I quit I am what I am. I have 10 appts in a row tomm, no break. I hope I,m awake when u arrive,lol. I have to cstch up later.

I am grateful for this thread even when I,m not on it. I know it,s here!!

Happy Monday Sassies! having a short break in the heat wave, & i plan to get my walks in outdoors!

Did manage to lose the 2 lbs I gained, but that's all.

Finally figured out what's bothering my back so much...I think...have been sleeping with the ac on, otherwise it's been no sleep & the ac blows right across the bed. Trying to decide what's worse-no sleep or a very sore back...think I;m going with the back!!

Afternoon

Getting ready for my bike ride - 11441 steps, 5 points (yep no fiber)for Sunday and 1 lb lost. Although I'm pretty sure that lb is all water from yesterday but time will tell.

Well the scale hasn't budged; hoping for good results by the end of this week. Sort of bummed but at least I didn't have a gain. Chicken is in the oven and I am headed for some one on one time with my treadmill.
