Happy Friday!!

Still awake but technically its Friday morning. Its raining so hard here tonight I had to bring the bicycles inside and all of thunder is keeping me awake. 5 points for Thursday, no fiber again. I really need to start eating more veggies or something. Started week 8 of C25K - 28 minute run, only one week left Smile I'm looking at a 5k run in Vegas in Dec but I run so slow!! Also did day 2 of 30 day abs challenge. Oh yeah 8826 steps.

Sandra - wow, my abs were sore but after reading your workout, now my legs are sore too!

Becky - chin up, we all have low days. Today will be better! Good luck with the dentist - I had my mouth done late July. Just smile Very Happy

Susan - have fun this weekend!!! And if you're ever in Calgary, I have a bike for you. Actually when we come down to Vegas we're bringing the bikes too so just come visit Smile

Pam - no caffeine coffee??!!?? I don't think I could it - you're good!

Leslie - with all that running and walking YES YOU WILL get off that plateau!!

Brenda - woo hoo weight loss!!!

Denise - almost time for vacation - have fun! I'm sure you'll be doing lots of hiking.

Well, I'm going to try to get some sleep. They say 8 hours of sleep is required to keep the weight loss rolling so if I jump in bed right now I'll be awake in time for my day to start

Thanks for all the fabulous advice & encouragement. I will add more water, try to mix up my workouts (considering the Arm Challenge) and keep a positive attitude. Can't have too many sistas, can we?

Five Points and 8909 Steps! Got the fiber points with apples & broccoli as suggested. Had an evening snack ... dang! Gets me every time Smile

Have a 5K night race tomorrow night, hoping for good running weather.

6,178 steps, 5 pts. I had a snacking problem yesterday.... Sad
My workout was butt n'gut, also threw in some calf strenghts for good measure, bike and hoop.

It is to be a beautiful day here!! Hope it is where you are!!!!

Feeling a little defeated today. How I can go from doing great and excited about the future into feeling defeated and eating because of disappointment all in one day is beyond me.
I tracked everything - even though I had a bad day yesterday and ate too much.
My sodium was fine.
My fiber was fine.
Steps 12,317
Taught Zumba last night
Ate my vegies.
Okay not so bad I guess.
I think I am going to go back to getting my workouts in the way I was when I was rocking a couple of weeks ago.
Okay hoping I can pull off a better weekend but really frustrated with gaining so much weight in the last 10 days.

Got the fitbit and starting fresh today. Hubby got one too! I have realized i am not drinking enough and that I am staying really swollen. Being swollen hurts my joints. Need to address that asap. I bet if I could stay hydrated I would lose at least five pounds.

Hi. Quick check in on break called in for days ... That is ok. Thank gosh I had froze some fmd food recipes
And was able to grab all healthy to bring with me ran to groc store on lunch to grab a small salad...... Yummy.
Will do tm tonight when I get home for a little bit.........

Well Ladies and gent, it's Friday. Glad I got all my uncomfortable appointments done this week. I was not looking forward to any of them. Dog healthcare in progress, adjustments to our insurance policies turned out okay, maybe save some money! Dental work done for now. Feel like I've been in a boxing match because my jaw is now so sore! Two temp crowns on and more work to come Oct 1st.....

I will hopefully get my dental work done before we take off for our next trip. 30th high school reunion Oct 4 & 5 back home. Hope to see Brenda & Tammy while I am there and my family as well.

I need to get my butt in gear. I walked alot last week and haven't done a whole lot since I did the 5K almost a week ago. Maybe took one walk and worked with some weights and steps. Lacking on the sweating, just haven't felt like it. Allergies kicking my butt this week too is NOT helping. I am not having trouble with after dinner snacks but right before dinner is what's killing my efforts. I go into pig out mode waiting for hubs to come home so we can eat....

Hello sassies,

I have a story I forgot to tell. I ran out yesterday morning to put out extra trash cans and I locked myself out of the house. I have to crawl thru the kitchen window to get back in and I noticed my arm strength had improved and it was easy to climb thru the window. It,s the small chamges I love! I jave a list of answers for posts and my battery just sounded really!!!! More after charge, happy pre b susan, Laurie

Had to check in and tell you this story. I will fill in my stats later tonight. While at work today we had a mountain lion scare. Someone saw a really, really big tom cat and thought it was a mountain lion. Turns out it wasn't so at lunch I went up to the school track to do my walking. When I got done I went down to the office to check my school mail and jokingly said I was up trolling for mountain lions. Well come to find out there really was a mountain lion between the school track and my house this morning. I guess that's what the dogs were barking at, at 6:30. And I guess I really was trolling for mountain lions. Well I went back later to jog and I am happy to report no mountain lions. Wink

Jogged and walked today
only logged 7574 steps because I forgot to put on my pedometer until 4:40, whoops
no on the fiber but got close

Wooo Whoooo ..... Its Friday!

My favorite work out day, Back & Biceps Very Happy
I had a great work out, but I did go light on my cardio today, NO hiit, as mother nature made her appearance and I was in to much pain. I could have probably pushed though it, but..... Rolling Eyes

My appointment with the trainer went well. She wishes she had more clients like me, who do as their told, follow through and journal EVERY THING. She tweeked my macro's and my timing of fuel intake. I hope this change brings more change to my body. I will let you know in 6 weeks.


I have not had a good nights sleep in 3 nights. One would think with all my cardio and training, that I would sleep like a baby. I hope tonight is the night!

1) Tracked my food 1694 Kcal.
2) Did some Exercising.
3) Did about 5000+ steps.
4) Managed to reach 20 grms fiber.
5) 684 Sodium.
6) No not programmed snack.

Sum +6 points.. Smile
