Based on what I'm reading on raw foods, this is the best thing to do is not mix food categories to increase the effects of toxic elimination. I am eating fruits on an empty stomach. That way, it gets digested quickly and I can move onto another food category after 30 minutes. Then I move on to either starches; seads,nuts, & dried fruit; or fleshes. I usually save the fleshes for dinner since I will have all night to digest it properly.
Is this working for any of you?
