Journal your foods and exercise and drink more water

Guidelines: Here are the rules: 1. Replace one meal a day with your favorite flavor of Shakeology, the Healthiest Meal of the Day. Shakeology will provide your body whole food nutrition that will keep you satisfied and energized. It's like going to the salad bar with 5 plates! 2. Move for 30 minutes a day, for at least 8 out of the 10 days. Whatever you do to move, keep doing it! You can walk, swim, hike, or do your favorite Beachbody workout. 3. Keep a food journal every day. Post it in the fat secret group. Be honest! Journaling will keep you aware of what you are putting in your mouth and show you patterns that you might have not known you had. 4. Take your before pictures, measurements, and weight. You'll want a record of your progress, and sometimes the scale does not tell the whole picture. But pictures don't lie, and you'll see changes that you would not have noticed otherwise.
