Work that core!
Guidelines:
You will devote at least 15 minutes daily to working those abs. It can be sit ups, pilates, crunches, bosu ball it doesn't matter as long as your abs are being engaged. I will post diffent excercises that target the core to help you get started. The more time you put into the abs the quicker the results AND it benefits your team score. Who will win?
