Guidelines:
I like to start off with something easy like walking in home with Leslie Sansone. Then I work in 2-3 days of one of my "The Firm" DVD's to build up my muscle and endurance. Until finally I am able to do "The Firm" for 4-5 days and I do Leslie Sansone for 2-3 days.
