This is going to a challenge for me. I'm do my best and stick to it! Good Luck to everyone. Always remember one bad choice can be fixed by a good one right after. I love my sweets, but if I eat one then I have to spend an extra 5-10 minutes on the eliptical machine or walk an extra 15 minutes in my neighborhood.

Wow what a great idea...I am really frustrated with myself right now because my eating today was soooo bad. Maybe I need an extra 10 mins or so on the treadmill tonight or a good workout on the eliptical later on.
