Guidelines:
Make sure you have eaten your last meal before 7pm. If you get the urge or think your hungry try drinking water instead or eating fruits something that will be light on your stomach, and as always make sure you exercise even if its just walking around the block get it where you can!

Its so hard to not get the munches!
It is killing me that my bfr eats snacks after 7 and I'm sitting there drooling all over and end up hanging myself in a fridge! lol And the funny thing - he doesn't gain anything, I DO! :-o
