We tank energy not only via food, but also via sunlight. By following the natural day-night rhythmus, we naturally limit the "eating hours", having a nice and long "non-eating" phase. Instead of setting hard start and stop of your "eating phase", just look outside. Do you see the daylight?
By observing the daylight we will re-connect with the natural day-night cycle, active-rest cycle, sun-moon dance Smile
Simple rule: just check the daylight and if sun is together with you, you can enjoy some nutritious and delicious meal.

I am excited to join this challenge. I am a night time snacker. I consume more calories at night than I do during the day. I started WW online a week ago and have lost 5 lbs. My goal was to not eat after dinner..........but this challenge will give me better guidelines to follow. Thanks for starting it.
