Clean out the cupboards! Go this first week with no "bad" foods.
Guidelines:
Guidelines: Get rid of your nemesis foods. Hide the things your family "must" have in a special cupboard - better yet, give them away. Let them eat that crud at work or a friend's house. :) Cook only approved foods. It won't hurt your family a bit to eat like a caveman, too.

Average 25 grams of fiber a day - without eating beans or grains!
Guidelines:
It can be hard to make the shift from whole grains to high fiber vegetables, but you'll be glad you did. I'll post resources to help you identify these foods and get them into your daily food choices. (This might be a good time to start a 1 or 2 week detox session, too!)

Just move around a bit more or a bit faster than you did last week. But do it everyday. Rain or shine, Sick or well, at home or traveling. Happy or depressed. Stressed or relaxed. You can do it.

Guidelines:
