Guidelines

For me, my key food was an apple. I will only eat an apple if I am hungry. When I think I am hungry I close my eyes and ask myself, "Do you want to eat an apple?" If the answer is no- THEN I'M REALLY NOT HUNGRY. If the answer is yes, then find something organic to eat :)!
