Mini-Challenge - Research/start eating organic, exercise, drink more water


 

Guidelines

Research eating organic and the reasons for eating organic- Google works best! Watch movies to educate you( Food, Inc., Forks Over Knives, etc.) Google "Best Organic Food Movies" Exercise with cardio and strength training 6 days a week. Start as much as you can and work your way up (e.g. I started on the elliptical for 10 minutes a day and over 6 months worked myself up to 70 minutes. I did it in front of the tv- I got to watch my favorite shows while my kids were sleeping and lose weight!)
