Guidelines:
Limit dessert for this challenge. If you must have something sweet after dinner, have just a spoonful of ice cream or a taste of chocolate. Then go brush your teeth and have a big glass of water.

Turbo Fire
I was surprised at how many fitness DVDs I had purchased over the years. Plus all the ones I tried for free from the library. I like Turbo Fire for the music too.
