Welcome to the Challenge!
We start in 3 days. Here is my list of items I will be using to aid in my success!
Profit shake 2x a day with 2 scoops of Greens
The Greens 4x a day
Thermofit 3x a day
It's Vitals 3x a day
New You 2x a day
Ultimate Body Applicator once a week alternating my stomach, legs and arms!
One healthy meal a day... no dairy or bread for me. Lean meat and veggies. Probably with dinner so I can be with my family for one meal.
I am working out at my local gym. Weights/cardio/yoga 3 x a week. Cardio 7 days a week with a squat challenge. I will post the squat challenge tomorrow.
