Mini-Challenge - Exercise 30mins daily. Eat one meal. Drink more water



Exercise at least 30mins a day. Replace 2 meals with a protein shake, 2 healthy snacks fruit or veggies only. No dairy, and no breads. One healthy meal a day.I also challenge you to do a squat challenge everyday. Start with 20 squats and increase 5 per day till you get to 100.
