I just joined fatsecret a couple of days ago and I'm so excited!!! I usually do a couple of mini workouts throughout the day....I walk to work (10-12 minute brisk walk), then go home for lunch, then go back to work, and then go back home...so that's 4 trips back and forth...I've been using this as my exercise until I can actually motivate myself to get out of bed at 5:30am to go to the gym. I have 2 girls (3 yrs old and 8 yrs old) and find it impossible to go any other time. I just purchased the p90 and hope to be able to do that at home...we'll see. I look forward to this challenge, motivating others and also receiving motivation and inspiration in general and throughout this challenge...God Bless all!!!
