If you cant walk outside or get to the gym, there are many 30 minute workouts on youtube, even if its just Yoga stretching, make time for 30 minutes NO MATTER WHAT!

Guidelines:
The Daniel Fast eating plan is like a vegan diet with more restrictions. The only beverage is water. So the primary foods are fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. There are no sweeteners on the fast — and no processed foods or chemicals.

Guidelines:
Anyone with a medical condition related to eating or under the treatment of a physician must consult their doctor. Children, especially small children, will have special needs that must be considered. Under these conditions, find some sacrifice in the area of food that can be made without endangering health. Also, if you have extreme difficulty with the fast, such as impairment of your ability to work at your job, you will have to make adjustments. This is not a failure of will but is wisdom
