From day 18, I will practice 10 minutes daily of belly dancing. Actually, I'm still learning, watching videos on the internet. And you? What kind of dance is practicing?

Zumba! Love the bollywood and salsa. My only difficulty is keeping my kids out of the way while I shake my booty. Smile

I will be belly dancing as well. I wish there was an option for it on the journal, I never know what to put so I always list it as slow-step

I'm doing the "bollywood booty" workout and I love it!! I list it as slow step too.

- under 150 lbs
