Dance for 30 minutes; at least 4 times a week

Just put on some music that is somewhat fast paced (something that gets your heart pumping) and start dancing like no one is watching. You can easily make up your own moves to the beat, lift your legs, be silly, mock the song, just keep on moving for 30 minutes, take water breaks if you must, but this will surely add a variation of cardio and fun to your routine

I only dance to my own playlists. I did Zumba last spring, but though its a good excercise, I find its so uninspired to just follow. The same goes for dancing dvds. I know its propably better excercise ...

Got the Wii Let's Dance
I've done it once alone and tried to get hubby to do it. He was a real sourpuss and refused to dance. :( Said it was weird. I've danced twice so far this week once to Wii and once to Madonna ...

Just ordered Wii "Just Dance"
If you want, you can go on and look up Zumba or even some other dancing exercises till you Wii dancing comes in. Thats what I did.

Wow. Zumba really kicked my butt today. I wanted to do an hour and I was sweating so much and felt it so much that I had to stop 20 minutes into it. I am gonna try and do some more after I eat lunch.

What do you like to dance to?
I dance every chance I get! I love hip hop, latin music, rock, oldies...and basically anything with a good beat. I did Zumba tonight too! Only the 20 Minute Express because I was worried my 2-month ...
