I hope and pray you all are off to a great start! How is everyone doing with the basic goals I have set up. Please feel free to add your own.

Please remember to hydrate, eat clean, and get your daily excercise and positivity in too. I wish you all well. Please let me know if any of you are interested in a weekly call or need some additional support. I would love to hear from you!

I'm doing very well when it comes to the water and exercise but I'm falling flat on my face when it comes to making healthy food choices in the afternoon!

I also do much better in general on the days I've exercised more. Going without exercise yesterday afternoon and this morning has left me feeling peckish. Since I'm working from home I think it may be a very wise option to include a 1 pm workout session. Not only does it burn calories, it leaves me seriously less peckish!

I am looking at everyone's progress that is posting it and I think you all are doing well. Congrats for finishing Week 1.
