Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Guidelines:
As soon as your glass is empty, refill it. Drink a glass of water before each meal and snack and that will be 6 glasses. Make sure to add 2 more glasses in somewhere during your day.

Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily.

Guidelines:
In order to lose weight the right way, we have to make sure we are fueling our bodies. You can not starve yourself and get the results or health you want from this challenge. Sample day may be 7am breakfast, 10am snack, 12pm lunch, 3pm snack, 5pm dinner, 7pm snack. Make sure to allow 2 hours after your last meal and before bed!!!

Guidelines:
Add vegetables to your meal planning each day this week and try to get at least 3 servings a day. Pick bright vibrant colors or greens. Prepare them with as little salt as possible or eat them raw.
