Crunches
The first day of crunches I thought I was going to die. However,it is starting to get easier up until I heat 20. I feel tendernes/soreness, but I think that is from Zumba last night.

I've decided to do 25 in the am and 25 in the pm....also I'm adding a few to each set....I'm trying to do 30 that way next week when we add 25 more it will be easier lol
