I just finished day 2 of week 5...I feel awesome! I just got back from a vacation and while I managed to get all of my workouts in, my diet sucked and I gained a couple of pounds.
I am feeling a little anxious about trying the 20 minute run on my next workout, but I will give it my best shot!
@ Mmmily - Don't beat yourself up! Be proud that you have made it this far and just keep going! Even if you have to repeat a week, you are still moving forward...one day a time!
