I just read a work-out plan in Prevention that some of you might find interesting. It's in the May 2011 issue, and it is a 4 week program based on 2 days of interval cardio (Couch to 5k) and 2 days of strength training. The cardio they have is much easier than the Couch to 5k, so if you incorporate some strength training you might want to do less than they suggest.
