I'm basing the duration of the challenge and the number of runs per week off of Robert Ullrey's podcasts. I downloaded them on iTunes for free searching Couch to 5k. You can use whatever podcast you like, they should all be pretty similar.

If you can't download podcasts, there are a lot of apps for Droid and iPhone that have the times programmed into them. Or you can use a stop watch and keep track of your own time.
Here's a link to a layout of the entire program: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

These are the podcasts I use...

I prefer the music over Robert Ullrey's. This will be my 2nd time to do the Couch to 5K program. It definitely works!!

Very excited I have downloaded the ap to my droid and can use my own music playlists! I have already completed week 1 runs on my own, but got my husband interested also and he wants me to hang back with him, so I'll be repeating week one on time with all of you. The runs I've done so far have felt really good.

If you have a blackberry, go to app world and type in 5k or running. There are two different C25k apps to choose from. One is only $.99. You can use the phone to follow the prompts, and won't need the podcast. Hope this helps!

I have a blackberry too. I downloaded from Ullrey's website: http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/podcasts/podcasts.html and save it in my blackberry. Then, after you save the file in your blackberry, you can just run it and it will play the podcast.
Hope it helps!

I got the C25K app by Bluefin for my Droid X, I think it was $2.99 but I like the look of it better and have been using it for a week & it works goooood!
