Hi, I'm brand new to fatsecret.com and signed up for this challenge. What's going to happen? I dont see any instructions or anything on what to do -- do I need a mp3 player, or app phone or what? Someone please advise. I dont want the first day to come and I'm scrambling before I even start. Shock

Thanks,

Same boat. I have a windows 7 phone and found the app in the market place. I'm sure you can do the same for any smart phone or for itunes. So, 1. download app, 2. get excited!

If you can't find it you can time yourself using this basic outline http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

I am using the C25K app by Bluefin, I just liked the UI more than the other plain jane one.

@Avisokay, do you have a smart phone so you can use the app? It's alot easier than the podcasts.

You don't need the podcasts. The podcasts are helpful because the play music and tell you when to go from walking to running, but you can still do the couch to 5k without them as long as you have a watch. If you go to the couch to 5k website it has the week 1 - 9 running intervals, just keep an eye on your watch and start moving.
