Chocolate flavoured replacements

Guidelines:
For the first month chocolate flavoured replacements are allowed to fulfill the chocolate cravings. How ever it is only allowed once a day so that we don't over do it and just give in to all of our sugar cravings.

Weeks 1 to 10

Find something that you can do when you have a craving to keep your mind off of the cravings

Guidelines:
maybe drink some water, have a fruit or some nuts, go for a jog, do a few push ups, phone a friend, whatever it may be try and find something that you can do to take your mind off of the chocolate craving to help you resist the temptation of a delicious snack that actually has 0 benefits for your body, mental state and emotions.

Guidelines:

Decreasing the amount of replacements

Guidelines:
From week 4-8 chocolate flavoured replaceements are only allowed once a week. This is to try and wean you off even a bit more from the delicious taste of chocolatty perfection/.

Guidelines:
The last two weeks try and not take anything with any chocolate taste to it in. When having christmas lunch and then dessert try and go for the puddings that are not chocolate flavoured or contains chocolate.
