I have actually succeeded in the past - for 3 months - I felt really, really good. Hardly any blooating, no morning gassiness, I was doing really, really well. Then a new job, varying hours, stress to keep up at home, general life stress, everything felt like I was losing control. Now I feel like I have control. I have an early shift, but it stays the same. I like my paycheck
I want to stop the soda cycle again. I am tired of the aches and pains that are associated with all the sugar I take in. I'm not sure I can switch over to coffee, although with the Keriug, I might be able to find a flavor I can tolerate? I'm not a big fan of tea either. I do like several Crystal Light flavors, but I don't want to over do the artificial sweetner unknowns either. All said I am willing to give this challenge a try. I have tried other soda kick challenges and failed - but if I keep trying, eventually I will make it.
