CAFFEINE FREE FOR A WEEK!!!!

Guidelines:
As many of you may already know, sararay and I have started a little mini challenge of NO caffeine (or at least 1/2 decaf), for a week. Technically some of us have started this already and we implore you to join up and start right away, too. Two things.... IF you are going to have some coffee, try for minimally of 1/2 decaf or all decaf or zero coffee/caffeinated teas. 2. If you have to have a morning cup, to please try to have it AFTER you have had a few bites of protein (cottage cheese, eggs, cheese, lean mean, etc.). I know it says that it starts on Monday, but the site wouldn't let me change it and this is just a last minute thing. LETS SEE how much we can change our weigh ins by FRIDAY!! I have a link up in forums regarding Caffeine and Weight Loss... please take a few minutes to read the information. I'll post in forum the link if you aren't aware of where it is.

HEY EVERYONE.... WHAT DO YA SAY WE DO THIS FOR 3-4 WEEKS TO REALLY KICK THE HABIT??
I think that's a great idea...simply to give us time to "wean" ourselves off of caffeine.
