Just got back from the gym....
I hit the treadmill for ah hour today with absolutely no knee pain for the first time (had surgery about a year ago).....so tomorrow I am going to go ahead and start the C25K!!! BTW.....I HATE running ...

I've done this before...it works
Hey all! I did this program a while back and it works! It has been a while since I have hit the gym because of knee surgery but I am looking forward to starting this tomorrow!
