Hi melisa I'm Rob
Welcome to the challenge.
The advice I can give you is this
1) don't be afraid to weight yourself
2)use the journal in here to record everything you eat
4) and tell the person in the mirror you are doing this for her
Good luck 30 lbs is a hefty goal but by shooting high we try harder

I totally understand where you're coming from. I started a new job 2 years ago and I've gained about 20 lbs. I went from running around the office and NYC like a maniac, to sitting at my desk all day, chained to the phone in NJ. (Not blaming NJ for making me fat. LOL) Plus, there is always snacks around. It's crazy. But, I'm just at a point now where I'm tired of being out of shape and I refuse to to have another fat summer.

melissaapple22: I know how you feel. I personally hate getting dressed in the morning because of my excess weight... I don't like the way my body looks in the mirror and I'm not a big fan of how the clothes fit. I love your positivity though
Let's do this!!!
I can do more than I think I can because I have Christ who strengthens me.
