So I have been working out 4-6 days a week, for about 1 and a half to 2 and a half hours for the past month and a half doing cardio, strength, aerobics, and have not lost 1 darn POUND! I'm becoming so discouraged and would definitely appreciate anybody's advice and hear stories so I know I'm not the only one going through it, and can accomplish my goal of 25-30 lb weight loss!

here is what i would do. get a tape measure and measure your chest, waist, hips, and thighs, and bicepts

I guarantee you will see a huge change. You are probably replacing fat with muscle

I am in a way in the same boat. I walked 5 miles a day and watched my calories and weight stopped dropping. But something did change, my waist and my collar size and the amount of energy that now I have. Don’t give up – Just try harder

Its hard to remember that the scale isn't everything. You should be feeling great about yourself for being so healthy! I haven't hit a plateau yet. Bob Harper has a 7 min AMRAP you can view on youtube, its a pretty quick workout and he claims it can break through a plateau. His reps are 30 lunges, 20 mountain climbers, 10 planks, 30 squats. do AMRAP (as many reps as possible) for 7 min. I've been doing that after I run to work a bit on my strength. Good luck and stick with it!
