This is a great link that I found and my daughter and I started using. I am moving to push-ups on a step now and she has already moved to that stage.

I have to restart again as I slipped. I am leaving the above so I can keep track. It happens and I have to keep learning.

When I started this I could not even squeeze out one push up and neither could my daughter. She told me that when she was at the hotel room she did 4 and could have done more. I tried it today and I actually squeezed out 7. Albeit I can work on my form...building muscle to go lower, BUT the point is I could not even do that...so this DOES work. My daughter feels a littler more confident now that she did those push-ups.
