Eat as many leafy greens as you can. Retrain your brain. Healthy fats are NOT bad!

Guidelines:
You should be eating more leafy greens than anything else. Acquired a taste for them. (This is probably the biggest challenge for me). 50-70% of caloric intake should come from healthy fats. No more than 5% from fruit/starches combined. The rest from green leafy veggies. No processed foods!
