I usually forget about the scale, but now that I've given it up I wanted to weigh this morning. As if I'd magically lost anything from yesterday to today. I did better yesterday than I thought because I wanted to snack all night, but we didn't have much to snack on. I got my workout in this morning, so that's a good start for today.
Water is another story, I've had about 12 oz. so far today and I had maybe 60 oz. yesterday, so I need to work on the water. I was going to have a soda today at lunch, but I'll try to change that to a tea or water.
I did take my measurements this morning, so we'll see if those change by the end of the month. I am usually out this time of year doing yard work in the evenings and on the weekends, but yesterday we had snow, yuck, and through the weekend is supposed to be cold. So, no extra calorie burn from yardwork yet. Sigh...
