Aggie, I wish I could do the run on my lunch break, you're so good! I bet you burn lots of calories tonight!
Skirch, I'm wanting to keep my cals closer to 1200 too, but I'm having a hard time with that. I'll feel like I'm doing well and still end up with 1500 or a little over. I don't mind eating around 1500 when I'm working out more, but when I'm not I'm afraid I'm going to pack on the pounds.
Goals for 2015:
Start a running program
Sign up & complete a 5K- Done
Get a bike and use it!
