No matter what your diet consists of, we can all eat cleaner. If you eat fast food, ditch it. If you drink sodas, replace them with water or tea. If you're already a master of your diet, try eating at least 50% raw fruits and vegetables. Whatever your current diet is...take it up a notch! I'm attemping 100% raw for 5 days. Who's with me?

Oftentimes, our bodies get accustomed to the workout we are doing and they begin to lose their effectiveness. For 2 out of 5 workouts, do something you don't normally do. Try hot yoga, kickboxing, run outside if your normally use a treadmill. I just downloaded the Couch to 5k app to train for a 5k!
