Mini Challenge Results
Guidelines
The challenge is to bike 2 miles every day, despite your busy schedule and harsh weather.. as the cold season has come one, if it's below 50F, walk 1 mile. If it snows, walk 1 mile in the snow after it stops falling, or do 30 min. of calisthenics at home.
To keep my motivation on, I feel like I need to do something every day as much as possible. Even if it's small :)
