Mini Challenge Results

Bike 2 miles

Guidelines
The challenge is to bike 2 miles every day, despite your busy schedule and harsh weather.. as the cold season has come one, if it's below 50F, walk 1 mile. If it snows, walk 1 mile in the snow after it stops falling, or do 30 min. of calisthenics at home. To keep my motivation on, I feel like I need to do something every day as much as possible. Even if it's small :)

An exercise in the life of...

Guidelines
In addition to the 2 mile challenge, add a little exercise to your daily routine. 2 per day to meet the challenge. This could be walking up the stairs to work (walking back down doesn't count for two), or carrying your groceries back on your bike. The idea is to incorporate exercise into your life, instead of driving, using elevators, and sitting at home.
