I gained weight while participating this challenge. I eat right and exercise and still I gain weight. I am so perplexed.
My weight loss hit plateau for the last five months. During the last five months, I completed two half marathons, three triathlons, climbed up to Camp Muir of Mount Rainier, went to high intensity spinning class three times per week, went to sculpting class weekly. I don't drink any alcohol. I lead a relatively active life and yet still weighs 157 lbs for a 5'5" frame. I eat relatively healthy diet with 1600-2000 calorie daily intake.
I don't get it. What am I not doing right?
