Happy Valentines Day Teamies,

What's on your menu for that special meal?

Tonight I am making sirloin steaks with lobster tail and steamed asparagus and tomatoes on the side. For dessert I did make a red velvet cake but won't have but a small slice. Wink

Happy Valentine's day ladies! Geting better everyday but it's slow & I get impatient. Felt real good yesterday but think I overdid it without the back brace since my back is a little sore this am.
Pam-what time is dinner?

Afternoon Sistas, I got a great workout in this afternoon and I think I'll text the Zumba instructor that sells Advocare and have her get me some Chocolate Meal Replacement shakes which will be good for breakfast and a quick on the go lunch too.

I had a bowl of cereal for dinner. We will go out saturday after work. I was very happy to see my dog and the puppy learning to play a bit tonight. At least I think it's playful, lol. They seem to be bonding. That helps my stress level Smile Looking forward to the start...but no reason to wait.

Evening teamies,

Dinner do I have to confess. Fried chicken, vege steamers. I,m so not me my stomach hurts. I went on date. Always thought it would be fun walking with a man. He has an injury he walked so slow. My hour 15 min walk took 2 hours with him and he keeps teling me what greatshape he,s in and how noone ever has accused of him walking slow what,s wrong with me I would tell him he is sloooow!!!!!!! I,m thinking he,s not the one or I wouldn,t have let it bother me. I turned down steak and lobster to eat fried chicken. I,m one messed up sassy, aaaaaaash I hate valentine,s day the pressure to have some passionate love. Laurie

Happy Valentines day!!

Went bike riding with my bf - boy it was cold. If its sunny tomorrow, we may venture out again before it starts snowing again. Had steak and veggies for dinner (carefully measured by the bf!!)
