Morning Pam, I've decided this time around to join you girls. I had a cupcake last night and now will go to the gym early and join the Women's Fit class before getting my own great workout in.

Morning Sarah,

Need to shake the cobwebs this morning, left coffee, lunch and my fitbit on the counter this morning.

Glad you will be joining us, the more the merrier. Plus you have so much you can share regarding your journey and great success.

My neighbor has finally decided she wants to start working out so it will be nice to have a real live buddy to work out with.

I checked and this challenge didn't show up in my challenge shortcut. I had a great workout this morning I cut my weight workout short after a great Women's Fit Class. I burned more than what I've taken in today so far.

Hi ladies! I found us! Building up my walking slowly while starting to wean my self walker/cane, back brace & meds. Only thing I can do so far is walk...but I'm cheating a little bit & doing simple muscle tensing.
