15g sugar daily?
More veggies and protein. Reduce milk and maybe other kinds of dairy. Milk has 12g of sugar in a single 1. c serving.

Welcome!
Do you know if that was talking about sugars in general or if it is referring to specific kinds of sweeteners? I know I've heard that stuff like aspartame and Splenda are more dangerous.

Ready to lose this belly!
This is perfect for me I have already started limiting the carbs and sugars 2 days ago so I am a bit ahead of the challenge. Sugar causing wrinkles...I had no idea.
