Guidelines:
I am a big fan of Beachbody workouts (check out my blog www.coachbh-phd.com). If you are not in to that, walking/jogging is great as is weightlifting or resistance workouts. If you need help, let me know. I was an assistant coach for a freshman rowing team at Ohio State University. Therefore I have experience in helping people design workouts.
