We have one more week of this Challenge. If you were struggling this past week, today start fresh and give one full week a try, check back in daily on atkins to see what you can and can not eat. I am a slow loser so i understand how hard it can be. I track daily to keep myself accountable. Do what works for you. If it is not working--- refocus.
