Day one was tough for me. Here it is June 28 and it's cold and rainy all day! All I wanted to do was curl up with a book and drink hot cocoa all day. But, that just wasn't in the cards.
Work is VERY stressful right now and it was my boss' birthday (cake at 2 pm!)
So that on top of the rain, well, let's just be glad I didn't go too far off the deep end.
The sunshine comes back tomorrow and so will my energy.
Will try to cut out some simple sugars, but to eat low fat vegetarian and cut out the carbs leaves me with little more than a can of black beans for breakfast lunch and dinner! I did go from 1 tsp of sugar in my coffee to 1/2. And I'm cleaning my coffee pot right now, so maybe I won't need any sugar tomorrow!
