Challenge Forum: 0 carbs?

Does this include those in fruits and veggies? I'm new at this, and cutting out healthy carbs (fruit, veg, whole grain) seems extreme.

No!!!! Just ZERO breads, noodles, starches, potatoes, and empty sugars!(This includes chips for all of you potato lovers) If you can, even try whole grains! Carbs are one of the biggest reasons why people have extra weight.

Actually, your body can't distinguish between calories from pasta and calories from fruit. Fad diets are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

cant stick to the 0 carbs thing.. but Im trying everything else :/ I have been giving up white carbs though
